Ordering process
The ordering process is simple and very convenient. You can order your item in six easy steps:
1. Select the desired item and add the desired quantity to your shopping cart.
2. By clicking "Add to cart" you can check your item again in the shopping cart and get an overview.
3. Click " Checkout ".
4. Address: Enter your shipping and billing address .
5. Payment details: Choose one of our secure payment methods .
6. Confirmation: Now check everything again! Is everything OK? -> " Buy now ".

Change of delivery address
Before shipping
As long as the goods are not yet in the shipping process, our employees can change the delivery address for you. To do so, please contact our customer service using the contact form.
Shipment in the shipping process
Once your order is being prepared for shipping, the delivery address can unfortunately no longer be changed.
Returned mail
If the shipment is returned to the sender after unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will be happy to check for you whether a new shipment is possible. Please contact our customer service using the contact form.

As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status of your delivery. After it has been handed over to the shipping partner, the tracking will show the status "Order data transmitted". The tracking number will only be activated by the shipping partner after an incoming scan in the shipping center.
Goods are ready for collection in the parcel shop
If your shipment is waiting to be picked up at a parcel shop, you can find more information about the address and opening times using the shipment tracking . If the parcel carrier has not left a notification about this in your mailbox, you can simply take your ID card with you for identification when you pick up the package at the parcel shop.
If you are unable to collect the shipment from the parcel shop, please contact our customer service . After the collection deadline has passed, the shipment will be returned to the sender as a returned item. We will then be happy to check for you whether a new shipment is possible.
Delivery times
The delivery times and processing times are indicated on the product page for your item. If your item is in stock and in stock, the delivery times are usually only a few days.
For some items, the manufacturer will be contacted and your order will then be sent to you within the delivery time stated on the item page.
decorio often works directly with the manufacturers and in these cases the goods are only ordered from the supplier after each order has been completed. This way we avoid costs that usually arise from middlemen, sales areas, sales staff and storage space.
Sometimes our partners send the goods directly to you, in other cases the partner first sends the goods to decorio, where they are repackaged after inspection and then sent on to you by us.
Shipping
Shipping costs are charged for every order placed through the decorio shop. Shipping costs are calculated per item. For orders with freight delivery, an additional freight surcharge is charged per item. The shipping costs and any surcharges are specified during the ordering process.
Standard shipping costs to Germany and Austria: per order from 7.50 euros.
Costs for a return
The customer bears the costs of return shipment.
Return period
The statutory right of withdrawal applies.
The prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you have only tried out the goods as you would in a store and that you return the goods to us complete, in their original condition, undamaged and without damage, in the original sales packaging.

claim
Have you received a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact our customer service team .
In such cases, we will of course always check whether a subsequent delivery of the item is possible and will be happy to find a suitable solution.
In order to clarify the matter for you as quickly as possible, we need a photo of the delivered item showing the defect. If the item was delivered incorrectly, please also send us a photo of the item sticker with the item number.
As soon as we have the photo, the complaint can be processed further and we will check whether we can offer you an exchange. Of course, we will keep you updated by email.
It would be great if you could keep the incorrectly delivered item until then.
If an exchange is not possible, we will of course refund the purchase price.
Refund of a return
Refund to the payment method used
As soon as we have received your return and the item has been accepted and checked by logistics, we will refund the corresponding amount within 14 days using the payment method you used for the purchase.
Please note that the credit to your credit card takes longer than a bank transfer; you will only see this with your statement.
Warranty claim
Of course, the statutory warranty claims also apply to all products that you order from decorio.
